WFLC’s extraordinary staff, with a high degree of empathy, compassion and professionalism, is lead by James and Holly Vogel. Other WFLC staff members hold advanced human service degrees and certification in the social services and rehabilitation fields. A variety of specialists, including physical and speech therapists, occupational therapists, and case managers, collaborate with WFLC in the therapeutic experiences and treatments.

Jim, the former director for the State of Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, has spent 42 years working in rehabilitation counseling.

Holly, a former educator and small business owner, contributes numerous years of teaching and business knowledge.

Gretchen, a former clinical therapist, assists in public relations and fundraising.
